Human Resources Group, Ltd., in 1991 becoming involved in the
initial stages of Indian Gaming consulting for Grand Casinos,
Inc. With over 35 years of experience in human resources and
operations for the gaming/hospitality, retail, and service industries
he has developed the necessary HR infrastructures to make companies
successful.
Having played a key role in the successful start-up of 4
Casino Management Companies, 9 Native American casino/resorts
and 3 non-Indian casino/resorts he has worked closely with
corporate and casino management, Tribal Governments and Tribal
Gaming Commissions, and has a thorough understanding of what
it takes to make casinos successful in new and increasingly
competitive markets. He was responsible for developing human
resource and operational policies/practices, employee handbooks,
job descriptions, wage and salary administration programs,
staffing plans, human resource processes, and managing the
“mass” hiring and training for these start-up
operations.
Human Resources Group, Ltd. provides a full range of consulting
services to casinos, including human resource and operational
policies/practices, job descriptions, compensation programs,
human resource department assessments, human resource strategic
plans, recruiting strategies, retention programs, attitude
surveys, succession/manpower planning, and training and development
