Las Vegas, July 25, 2005 - Full
House Resorts, Inc. (OTCBB: FHRI) ("Full House") announced
today that its application for listing on the American Stock Exchange
has been approved. The Company anticipates that its common stock will
be traded starting as of this Thursday and will trade under the symbol:
FLL. This approval is contingent upon the Company being in compliance
with all applicable listing standards on the date it begins trading
on the Exchange, and may be rescinded if the Company is not in compliance
with such standards. Andre Hilliou, Chief
Executive Officer of Full House, stated, “The listing of our
common stock on the American Stock Exchange is another in our continuing
efforts to strengthen the investment our shareholders have made
in this Company. Having our shares traded on such an established
and recognized exchange brings stability to the stock and added
exposure of our Company to investors both institutional and private.
The listing on Amex® provides us with additional capability
to grow the Company on behalf of our shareholders.”

Full House develops and manages gaming facilities.
The Company has a management agreement with the Nottawaseppi Huron
Band of Potawatomi Indians for the development and management of
a first-class casino/resort with more than 2,000 gaming devices
in the Battle Creek, Michigan area, which is currently in the pre-development
stage. Full House also manages Midway Slots and Simulcast at the
Delaware State Fairgrounds in Harrington, Delaware, along with the
owner of the adjacent racetrack. Midway Slots and Simulcast has
a total of 1,581 gaming devices, a 350-seat buffet, a 50-seat diner,
gourmet Steak House and an entertainment lounge. In addition, the
Company has a Gaming Management Agreement with the Nambé
Pueblo of New Mexico for the development of a coordinated entertainment
venue centered on a 50,000 square foot casino and with the Northern
Cheyenne Nation of Montana for the development and management of
a 25,000 square foot gaming facility. The Company was recently selected
by the Manuelito Chapter of Navajo Indians to develop and manage
a gaming facility near Gallup, New Mexico, subject to the approval
of the Navajo Nation.
