Las Vegas, Sept. 25, 2005 -
Full House Resorts, Inc. (AMEX: FLL) ("Full House") is issuing
this release in response to the devastation that Hurricane Katrina
brought to the New Orleans and Mississippi Gulf Coast region. While
Full House has no business being conducted in the area, many of our
friends and business acquaintances live and work in that area and
our thoughts and prayers are with all of them and the thousands of
others displaced by this tragedy. We applaud and congratulate the
valiant efforts of all the first-responders and rescue workers who
are devoting themselves to the citizens of the area. Several
years ago, Full House was involved in the development of the Hard
Rock Casino in Biloxi, however that involvement ceased in 2003.
As previously disclosed, Full House is only entitled to a consulting
fee payable by Hard Rock Café International once the Biloxi
casino opens. We have no other financial or management connection
to the area, having sold the one parcel of land we owned in 2003.
Andre Hilliou, Chief Executive Officer of Full
House, stated, “We have been shocked by the losses suffered
in the New Orleans and Biloxi area. All of our prayers go out to
everyone affected by this tragedy. While we have no business connection
to the area, we can feel the suffering and hope for a speedy and
safe recovery for all.”
