On January 31, 2007, Full House aquired the Stockman's Casino in Fallon, Nevada. The casino has 8400 square feet of gaming space with approximately 280 gaming machines, 4 table games and a keno game. In addition, there is a bar, "Stockman's Steakhouse", a fine dining restaurant, and a coffee shop. There is an adjecent Holiday Inn Express which has 98 guest rooms, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, fitness club, meeting room and business center. Under a Management
Agreement with the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of Potawatomi Indians,
Full House Resorts is developing a first class casino, to be
located at I-94 and 11 Mile Road, east of Battle Creek, and
expected to attract 2.9 million visitors annually. The 230,000 square foot project will house over 3,000 gaming positions and have a 2,000 car parking garage. Construction Commences on FireKeepers Casino:

This Tribe currently operates the
Charging Horse in Lame Deer, Montana. It is the largest casino
in Montana with 125 gaming devices, a 300 seat bingo hall
and a restaurant. Full House Resorts has a management contract to develop a 27,000 square foot casino with 300 slot machines, live poker, two food outlets and an entertainment lounge. The site is located approximately 25 miles north of Sheridan, Wyoming. |

| THE MILL CASINO, NORTH

One of the most
successful casinos in Oregon, The Mill Casino was opened in
1995 under a development agreement between Full House Resorts,
Inc. and the Coquille Indian Tribe. Under this agreement, Full
House Resorts provided all the financing, architectural, construction
and design advice to the tribe, but allowed the tribe to operate
its own facility, which now consists of 30,000 square feet of
gaming space with over 350 slot machines, Nevada-style blackjack,
poker tables and a popular bingo operation. The facility includes
a buffet, 24-hour café, restaurant, saloon, gift shop,
115-room hotel and 12,000 square feet of convention space. Full
House Resorts provided the financing for the project, as well
as development assistance to the Tribe. |
